Roles & Tasks	Our job is "Creating Global Leaders of the Future. We apply Montessori Method for most of the curriculum. Tezukayama Global Academy Preschool is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join their team as a full time childrens teacher. Experience in preschool teaching preferred but not essential for someone able to learn and demonstrate comfort and confidence in dealing with children. All permanent employee are in cahrge of office work and marketing as well. Manager class position will be avairable who will be working for long term. ＊Plan, prepare, and run school events, marketing of school ＊Support parents and answering any concerns ＊Curriculum curriculum development, and paper works ＊Teaching students various subjects such as Montessori skills, art, music, P.E., Academic Subjects, English and cooking. ＊Making materials and organizing classes ＊Tidying up and Cleaning the facilities ＊Changing diapers and assisting with feeding, napping, etc. ＊ Must have a valid work visa ( Sponsorship reserved for those with suitable skills ) ＊ All staff must eat with the students, meals are charged at 380yen per day ＊ Probationary period is 3 months ＊ After probation, further education will provided such as studying for a Montessori qualification ＊ Hours are shift based across 5 days a week ( with and 6 day week once a month ) ＊ English at native level is a must ＊ Japanese language ability is not essential

Salary	a：basic salary（Monthly Average）190,000 yen～260,000 yen／Month b：Allowance ・Preschol Experience allowance, Overwork Allowance, Bilingual Allowance, Special Skill Allowance, Child Allowance, etc. ・Montessori License or Experience Allowance ・Preschool's Teachers Lisence
Bonus	Special Incentive twice a year (depends on indivisual performance and compnay situation) after 6 month of working as a full time employee
Transportation	Up to 1,000yen（negociable）
Working Hours	working shifr between 7:00-21:00 (8 hours + 1 hour Break + 1 hour overwok is included)
Break	60 minutes
Overwork	Average about 10 hours a month
Holidays	National Holidays, New Year vacation(Average 5-7 days), Obon vacation(Average 5-8 days) ・working shift(Mon-Sun), Working on Saturday and Sunday is neccesary ・All staff day(school events on Sunday or Saturday mainly)
Holidays per year	110 days
Parental Leave	Yes
Child care	Half price tuition for full time employees
Others	Bachelor Degree required ・uniform will be provided
Skills	・More then basic PC Skills ・Japanese language skill is prefferd (All english speaking staff must study Japanse for cultural exchange)
